At CG Hair, all extensions are considered personal-use products. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

Please note:

• All sales are final

• Hair must remain unused, unaltered, uninstalled, and in original packaging

• We cannot accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect length, texture, or colour selection

• Improper care after delivery

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Once assessed, we will offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.
